We’re not happy until you’re happy:
Our property maintenance, landscape design and installation, and hardscape construction divisions will not invoice you until you are completely satisfied. We do this with a Quality Assurance Report (QAR). The QAR details the completed work and confirms your satisfaction. We ask that you be available at the project’s completion to discuss any concerns at that time.

In our property maintenance division, the crew leader will leave a checklist of the services performed that day. If you have a problem with our service, we will be back to address your concern. If you call in the morning, we will return the same day; if you call after noon, we will return the following morning. That is our quality assurance guarantee!

Landscape Contractor Checklist:

1. Liability insurance
2. Certificate of Workers Compensation Insurance
   (Did you know that an uninsured worker can sue you if he is hurt while working on your property?)
3. Business license
4. A Federal Identification Number (for taxes)
5. Knowledge and experience in all phases of landscape maintenance
6. A Maryland Home Improvement License (MHIC#120139)
